Approximately three years ago several of the TCV Homeowners had their mailboxes refinished. We have been asked what would be involved if other resident(s) want to have their mailboxes refinished. Street Lamps of Tulsa is the company that did the earlier refinishing and the contact person is Eric Bell, his phone number is 918-378-2019. Eric said the cost to pick up the mailbox, refinish it and put it back in place would be $195 and take two to three days. FYI, Eric said the builders price for a new mailbox is $287, including installation.

Also, remember the mailboxes, if different from the style or color that is the norm in the addition, must be approved by the TCV Architectural Committee before being put in place, refinished, or painted.
